2. Payment and Receipt Submission
To confirm your booking and secure your spot, you must provide proof of payment. Here’s what you need to know:

Payment Method: All transactions are processed via direct bank transfer.

Receipt Submission: You are required to submit your payment receipt within 2 hour of making the transfer. This is crucial to finalize your booking.
How to Submit Your Receipt:
- Send a clear and legible copy of your payment receipt to connect@sarathecoach.com or whatsapp at 0343-5000044 within 2 hour.
- Include your full name and the service you have booked in the email subject line for easy identification.
3. Order Cancellation Due to Receipt Non-Submission
If we do not receive your payment receipt within 2 hours of the bank transfer, your schedule will be automatically canceled. This policy helps us manage our scheduling and availability effectively.
4. No Refunds for Canceled Orders
Please be aware that if your order is canceled due to the absence of the receipt, no refunds will be provided.
